Cancellation Policy

Cancellation:

Due to our intimate size, changes to reservations (including shorter stays) and cancellations affect us significantly. We strictly adhere to our cancellation policy. All deposits are non-refundable.

Deposit:

Every cottage/condo requires a $300.00 non-refundable deposit. If your total amount is less than $300.00 the deposit will be that amount and you will have a zero balance upon arrival.

No Show:

If you do not call or show before 9pm on the day of your arrival, your cottage/condo will be released for other renters and your deposit will be non-refundable.

Confirmation:

A confirmation is sent to you within 3 days of making your reservation. If you provide us your e-mail address, that is our preferred method of communicating your confirmation.
