Deposit Refunds will be made only if cancellation is received by April 20th, 2007. There is a $45.00 cancellation fee. After April 30th, deposits will be refunded if the unit is re-rented minus a $100.00 service charge.

We do ask that you bag up your trash and put it in the trash receptacle or dumpster and to clean your Unit before you check out. There will be a $65.00 cleaning fee if the Unit is not cleaned. |
